1. Overview of the Service

MarulabWorld (the "Service") is an educational simulation game for learning investing and finance using virtual currency. All trades and assets are in-game virtual goods, and no real-money transactions occur. Market data and information provided by the Service are for learning purposes only and do not constitute investment advice.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 14 years old to use the Service. You may sign in with a Kakao, Google, or Apple account, or start as a guest and later link a social account. Guest data is transferred when you link an account, but may be lost if the app is deleted or the device is changed.

3. User Content Policy

You may post content in the community, chat, guestbook, and similar features. The following are prohibited:

• Abusive, defamatory, hateful, or discriminatory expression
• Spam, advertising, or phishing links
• Unauthorized disclosure of others' personal information
• Illegal, harmful, or copyright-infringing content
• Soliciting real financial products or giving investment advice (this Service is for education)

We enforce a zero-tolerance policy toward inappropriate content and abuse.

4. Reporting & Blocking

You can report inappropriate content and block other users. Blocking immediately removes that user's content from your view. Reported content is reviewed by our operations team, and violations result in content removal and account sanctions.

5. In-App Purchases

Game currency and benefits such as Maru Gems are purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Any subscription products renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; you can manage or cancel subscriptions in each store's settings. Payments and refunds follow each store's policies.

6. Disclaimer

All content in the Service is for educational and entertainment purposes and does not guarantee actual investment returns or provide financial advice. In-game performance is unrelated to real-world financial outcomes.

7. Account Termination

You may delete your account and data at any time via Settings > Delete Account. Upon withdrawal, game data is destroyed except where retention is required by applicable law.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms when necessary and will notify you of material changes through an in-app notice.
